Spain
Spain is one of my absolute favourite countries in the world. I lived in Barcelona in 2007 (and have gone back nearly every year since), visited my sister many times whilst she was living in Madrid, and never miss a chance to explore more of this wonderful place.
Andalucia
In January 2015, I went on a family holiday to Andalucia. I had never been to the South of Spain before, and it was absolutely stunning. The history, the architecture, the people and of course… the food.
We only had 5 days, so we rented a car and drove from Malaga to Sevilla, Granada and Cordoba. The drives were beautiful as we passed thousands upon thousands of olive trees and saw the sun rise and set in beautiful colours…
