Nectarine, raspberry and grape smoothies
The blender makes a comeback! These smoothies are the best I have made so far, mainly due to the combination of flavours which worked out perfectly. The mint leaves also add a freshness to it which makes for a wonderful wake up. I’m not usually a big fan of mint in food, as I find it makes everything taste like toothpaste, but it really works in this case!
Best served with pancakes.
Serves 3-4 people
- 2 nectarines, cut
- 50g raspberries
- 8-10 seedless grapes
- 4 full tbsp yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3-4 sprigs mint
- ice cubes
Put everything in the blender, and whizz until smooth. Garnish with more fresh mint if desired.
